About Nissan

Engineering alone has no magic. Machines have no soul. It is inspiration that transforms movement into emotion.

At Infiniti, we start with inspiration. A vision of the experience we want to create, the senses we want to stir.

From the hand of the designer to your hands on the wheel, powerful emotion is poured into - and pours from - every detail. Inspiring you with the intimacy of audio designed to sound like a live performance. The thrill of acceleration crafted to feel limitless. The satisfaction of an experience that exceeds every expectation.

It's the difference between being physically transported and emotionally moved.

Infiniti is like no other. We build cars to inspire at every turn.

Awful Experience

Posted byjenniferlowe70on 6/22/2009

I purchased a new Nissan several years ago, and I can tell you for a fact that they are the absolute worst in high pressure sales techniques, car pricing games, and overall dealership gimmicks. They will try to squeeze every last nickel out of you and I hope you don't know what post-sale customer service is, because you won't get it there. They basically threw us out because we confronted them (politely and respectfully of course; my husband is a police officer) about their greedy little techniques. You will never speak to the same person twice on the phone, and if its not in writing, forget about it. I despise all nissan dealers, and If for some reason I ever have to buy one, I will buy it used from ANYONE else. Buyer beware; If you don't like money, this is a great place to go.

Great guys, lost keys and car was locked. I called them to order new set of keys, they even recommended a towing company close to them to save me charges. Awsome guys they very friendly and very helpful.
